Tofu Brownies

Ingredients
1/4 c butter
1/4 c tofu (replace with butter if desired)
1/4 c + 1 T white sugar
1/4 c + 1 T brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla extract
1/3 c cocoa powder
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 t baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Process tofu to make it a paste. Make sure it is completely smooth.
Melt butter. Add in tofu, sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mix.
Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder and mix.
Grease and flour an 8 in baking pan. Spread butter onto prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
