Pizza

Ingredients

(2 pizzas, serves 6)

  • 1 1/4 c warm water (microwave 30 seconds)

  • 1 t instant yeast

  • 3 1/2 c flour

  • 3 T olive oil

  • 3/4 t salt

  • semolina flour


Directions

  1. Add flour, yeast, and salt to bread maker and mix for 5 minutes (or knead by hand). Add water and olive oil. Knead for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Let rise in a warm spot until doubled.

  3. Divide dough in half and knead a little.

  4. Add semolina onto a pizza pan. Shape dough into an even round and stretch to fill the pan.

  5. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 475˚F until cheese is browned or bubbling, crust is golden, and bottom portion is cooked.
