Ingredients
(2 pizzas, serves 6)
1 1/4 c warm water (microwave 30 seconds)
1 t instant yeast
3 1/2 c flour
3 T olive oil
3/4 t salt
semolina flour
Directions
Add flour, yeast, and salt to bread maker and mix for 5 minutes (or knead by hand). Add water and olive oil. Knead for 10-15 minutes.
Let rise in a warm spot until doubled.
Divide dough in half and knead a little.
Add semolina onto a pizza pan. Shape dough into an even round and stretch to fill the pan.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 475˚F until cheese is browned or bubbling, crust is golden, and bottom portion is cooked.
