Base
15 oz can chickpeas
1 T tahini (replace with sautéed sesame seeds)
1 T olive oil
1 clove garlic
3/4 t salt
1 T lemon juice
olive oil (as needed)
Roasted Red Pepper
12 oz roasted red pepper (~ 2 roasted red peppers or 1 cup)
1/2 t smoked paprika
Spinach Artichoke
2 c fresh spinach
3/4 c artichoke hearts (~ 1 can)
1 T tahini
Directions
Blend base and flavoring ingredients together until desired consistency is reached. Add olive oil as needed.
