Hummus

Base

  • 15 oz can chickpeas

  • 1 T tahini (replace with sautéed sesame seeds)

  • 1 T olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 3/4 t salt

  • 1 T lemon juice

  • olive oil (as needed)

Roasted Red Pepper

  • 12 oz roasted red pepper (~ 2 roasted red peppers or 1 cup)

  • 1/2 t smoked paprika

Spinach Artichoke

  • 2 c fresh spinach

  • 3/4 c artichoke hearts (~ 1 can)

  • 1 T tahini


Directions

  1. Blend base and flavoring ingredients together until desired consistency is reached. Add olive oil as needed.
