Crepes

Ingredients

(for 6 crepes)

  • 2/3 c flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 T butter

  • 1 T sugar

  • 1 c milk

Filling

  • Nutella and strawberries

  • Pesto, cheese, and tomatoes

Directions

  1. Combine flour, eggs, butter, sugar, and 1/3 c of milk. Whisk until smooth.

  2. Add remaining milk 1/3 c at a time whisking till smooth.

  3. Pour 1/3 c of batter over a large buttered pan and cook till golden.

  4. Assemble, add filling, and fold.
