Ingredients
(for 6 crepes)
2/3 c flour
1 egg
1 T butter
1 T sugar
1 c milk
Filling
Nutella and strawberries
Pesto, cheese, and tomatoes
Directions
Combine flour, eggs, butter, sugar, and 1/3 c of milk. Whisk until smooth.
Add remaining milk 1/3 c at a time whisking till smooth.
Pour 1/3 c of batter over a large buttered pan and cook till golden.
Assemble, add filling, and fold.
