This super easy stir fry is a great quick lunch or dinner that is packed with vegetables and tofu. Be careful not to oversteam the broccoli (as I did) in order to get that perfectly soft texture.

Ingredients
Makes 2-3 servings
3 c broccoli florets
14 oz tofu
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t ginger, minced
2 T sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 c soy sauce
2 T agave
1 T rice vinegar
1 T cornstarch
Sesame oil
Vegetable oil
Directions
Takes 30-40 minutes
Steam broccoli until 75% cooked.
Press tofu. Chop into 1 inch cubes and lightly fry in sesame oil.
Roast garlic and ginger in a bit of vegetable oil.
Toast sesame seeds.
Mix together soy sauce, agave, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and sesame seeds. Pour into pan and cook until desired thickness.
Add broccoli and mix with sauce.
Cook for 1-2 minutes for flavor to be absorbed.
