Naan
1 t yeast
1/4 c milk
1/2 c water
2 t oil
2 c flour
1 t sugar
1/2 c yogurt
salt to taste
Garlic Topping
3 cloves minced garlic
1-2 T butter
salt to taste
Directions
Mix sugar, yeast, milk, and water.
Add yogurt and mix.
Add salt, oil, and flour to make dough.
Cover and let dough rest for 40 minutes.
Roll dough into naan (1/8 inch thick) on a floured surface.
Garlic topping: Melt butter and add minced garlic and salt.
Cook at 390˚F for 2 minutes. Remove and spread garlic topping. Cook for 3 more minutes.
